Why This Moment Matters

YourStory has spent over 15 years spotlighting the journeys of entrepreneurs, changemakers, and trailblazers across India and beyond. It’s where some of the most iconic startup stories in Asia were first told. So when we had the chance to sit down with Shradha Sharma, the founder of YourStory and one of the most respected voices in the Indian startup scene, it wasn’t just an interview it was a moment of reflection and realization.

Our Experience at Startup Mahakumbh

This milestone came just after our participation in Startup Mahakumbh 2025 — one of the largest startup events in Asia, and an experience we won’t soon forget.

Held in New Delhi, Startup Mahakumbh brought together a dynamic mix of 1,500+ startups, investors, corporate leaders, and ecosystem enablers. It was India’s largest-ever startup expo  and it felt like a celebration of what South Asia’s innovation economy can become.

For ShoutOUT, it was more than just an exhibition. It was our chance to step into a larger conversation, showcase what we’re building, and connect with some of the most forward-thinking minds in the region. We had deep conversations around the future of AI, loyalty, and customer intelligence and how businesses across India and Sri Lanka can grow together through smart collaboration.

A Win for Sri Lanka’s Startup Ecosystem 🇱🇰

Programs like Spiralation by ICTA have played a key role in enabling this journey  supporting early-stage startups with funding, mentorship, and access to global platforms. We’re proud to be part of this wave and even prouder to show that Sri Lankan innovation is not just catching up, it’s leading.
